Hey, I'm Ben!

A brutal football injury and being kicked out of the Naval Academy shattered my dreams, leading to nearly a decade lost in a cycle of shame, alcohol, and drugs.

Like many, I felt consumed by regret, isolating myself and believing I was a failure.

Everything changed during quarantine...

A powerful inner voice, I believe was the Holy Spirit, forced me to stop running.

I had to forgive the past and commit to building something real.

That fire truly ignited when my wife got pregnant, inspiring me to reclaim my strength through consistent, small efforts and establish a foundation for my family.

Now, I use that path to guide others—busy professionals and parents who are strong and capable but often feel overwhelmed by fitness.
