Hey, I'm Ben!

My journey to being your trainer wasn't a straight line; it was a rough, winding road filled with unexpected turns, brutal setbacks, and years where I felt completely lost.

Maybe you've felt that way too—juggling a career, family, and everything else while wondering if you'll ever find your footing.

The pain started when a brutal high school injury—a broken fibula and torn ligaments in my ankle—shattered my dreams. Suddenly, the scholarships I'd worked tirelessly for were gone.

I caught a single chance at the Naval Academy. Even there, where I pushed myself to excel, my journey took a heartbreaking turn when I was kicked out after a failed drug test.

The shame and disappointment were crushing.

Like many of us when we’re hurting, I tried to escape. I spent nearly a decade numbing the pain with alcohol and drugs.

Pride and self-doubt kept me isolated; I couldn't look my family in the face.

I truly felt like a failure, and that feeling consumed me.

The noise stopped when quarantine hit. Silence. No distractions. Just me and the echoes of my choices.

It was a moment of true clarity—a powerful inner voice, I believe, was the Holy Spirit—that forced me to stop running. I had to forgive myself and let go of the past to start building from the foundation up.

The fire truly ignited when my wife got pregnant with our son. That news changed everything.

I started small: a beer less each week, consistent small victories.

I began to crave the gym again, not as an escape, but to reclaim my strength.

Slowly, my mind, body, and life began to transform.

My mess became my message.

After training diverse clients, I realized I’m called to guide other individuals who carry similar burdens of stress, time, and overwhelm—the busy professionals and parents who are capable and strong, but often put themselves last.

They need a path to wellness that actually fits their demanding lives.
